I teach piano, singing and music theory. I am happy to help with songwriting, improvisation, general musicianship skills - I am generally quite open to explore and share my knowledge in various areas of music.

I believe that each person learns differently, thus I offer a bespoke service: each lesson is designed for each individual student, according to the student's needs and interests, using a variety of teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience. A solid foundation of technique, an organised methodical approach and a choice of music that caters to each student's interests are some of the key elements I pursue as a teacher.  

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I transferred all lessons to online platforms and have invested considerably in ensuring a quality online learning experience for my students. It has been eye-opening how much we could achieve online, even to a sceptic like myself. The results speak for themselves and I now believe that a combination of online and in-person learning is the future. I now teach predominantly online - lessons in person are arranged by appointment.
